Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents at Cartwright Court, Malvern. You will help with daily tasks, social activities and wellbeing, in a single on-site location.

This part-time role (16 hours/week) offers funded training (Level 2/3 in Adult Care), 28 days holiday, pension and life insurance. UK sponsorship is not available; experience in UK health and social care is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in UK health and social care preferred.
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily domestic tasks (appointments, light cleaning, laundry, shopping).
• Assist with social activities and wellbeing routines.
• Promote independence, dignity and community engagement.
• Support with individual care packages.

Cartwright Court is an elegant Retirement Living PLUS development made up of 1 and 2 bed apartments. It has an on-site restaurant and landscaped gardens.

You will be working a mix of early shifts, and late shifts, including alternate weekends.

Who We’re Looking For
