Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Care Assistant at Malpas Court estate in Northallerton, North Yorkshire. The role involves supporting residents to live independently in a modern, single-site development with no travel required.

You will mainly perform light domestic duties, coordinate activities, and assist with appointments and shopping. The role requires compassion, teamwork, and a genuine desire to improve residents’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Location within commuting distance to our estate.
• Experience: a minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred.
• Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
