Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is looking for caring and dependable staff to support residents at John Percyvale Court development in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

You will help with daily tasks, social activities, wellbeing, and tailor care to individual packages, promoting independence and community engagement.

Experience in UK health and social care is preferred; Level 2 QCF is a plus. Training is funded; benefits include holidays, pension, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in UK health and social care
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus but not essential
• Living within commuting distance of the Macclesfield development
