Bluebird Care Harrow, Brent & Ealing is seeking a Domiciliary Care Expert in London to support customers in their own homes, delivering high-quality care with compassion. The role emphasizes patient dignity, independence, and personalized care plans.

You will join a team dedicated to excellent service, with full induction and ongoing expert training, and flexible shift patterns to fit your life while providing 24/7 support and a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Competenze

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care.
• Great communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to follow care plans.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
