Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Nursing Home as a Care Assistant. We offer both full-time and part-time roles, involving a mix of weekdays, nights, and weekends over 7 days.

As part of the Care Team, your role will include a variety of tasks to help all of our Residents live comfortable lives, with the support they need. No previous experience in care is required, as full training will be provided.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Support Residents with personal care, washing, bathing, dressing, eating, drinking, and social activities.
• Help Residents enjoy their lives and meet their health and care needs.
• Participate in assessing and evaluating residents' care, reporting any changes in their physical or mental condition immediately.
• Ensure adherence to The Chiswick Nursing Centre's Code of Conduct, confidentiality, safeguarding, and security procedures.
