Mossview Care Home in Lochgelly, Fife, invites compassionate Care Assistants to join our team. You will support residents with daily living, from personal care to mobility and nutrition, following care plans to maintain dignity and wellbeing.
Training and development are provided, welcoming both new and experienced carers. The role offers full-time hours across a 38.5-hour week with a pay rate of £13.60 per hour, plus PVG pension, uniform, and generous annual leave.
Mossview Care Home is a modern residence located in the heart of Lochgelly, Fife, providing high quality Residential and Dementia care for up to 42 residents. The home offers a supportive and welcoming environment where residents receive person centred care and feel truly at home.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for.
