Job summary

Mayfield Fellowship is looking for enthusiastic Care Assistants to join our friendly team at Mayfield Court, supporting adults with Cerebral Palsy and related neurological conditions to live fulfilling, active and as-independent-as-possible lives.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care, build relationships with residents and work in a supportive team while maintaining records. Full training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support, helping residents with daily needs while promoting dignity and independence.

Location: Mayfield Court

Pay: £13.21 per hour + enhanced rates for nights & weekends

Hours: Full-time / Part-time

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll provide person-centred care and support, helping residents with their daily needs while promoting their choice, dignity, privacy, independence and wellbeing.

You'll build meaningful relationships with residents, work as part of a supportive care team, maintain accurate records and report any concerns or changes in residents' wellbeing.
