Job summary

Horizon Homecare, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a Twilight Care Assistant to provide in-home care with a person-centred approach. You will receive full training and shadowing, with flexible shifts including weekends, and support clients to maintain independence and wellbeing.

The role emphasises compassionate care, clear communication, and a reliable presence in clients’ homes, including support with daily activities and personal care.

About The Role

Twilight Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

• Pay Rate:£12.71 per hour + .40p per mile
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing person-centred home care
• Supporting with medication, and daily tasks
• Offering companionship & emotional support
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
