The Ashton Care Home in Hinckley is seeking a devoted Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care and mobility. You will help ensure dignity, comfort and wellbeing while following individual care plans and contributing to a warm, respectful environment.
Roles are open to experienced carers or those new to care, with full training and ongoing development provided. Weekend work is required on an alternate basis.
Our private care home is situated in the beautiful town of Hinckley, close to the town centre. We specialise in Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, and Palliative care for 72-residents.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
The successful candidate will be requires to work alternate weekends.
