Job summary

Larkview Care Home in Kent is looking for a Care Assistant to help deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, with stunning countryside views and a welcoming, homely atmosphere. The role is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, following care plans to ensure

• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.

Job description

Our care home has stunning views from both sides looking onto beautiful Kent countryside, and provides a cosy and homely feel for up to 64 residents - We provide Nursing, Residential, Dementia & Respite Care.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.03 per hour
• Contracted to 36-48 hours per week
• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
