Job summary

Orchard Care Homes Eaton Court in Grimsby is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead and support the care team, ensuring high-quality care is delivered. Job description

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a key leadership role within our care team. You'll be responsible for assessing individual needs, developing person-centred care plans, and ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional support is delivered to the highest standard. You'll also supervise and mentor care staff, helping them grow and maintain best practices.
