Orchard Care Homes is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for Eaton Court, Grimsby. You will support residents with daily needs, maintain dignity and respect, and work as part of a dedicated care team.

Responsibilities include personal care, facilitating activities, meal service, and reporting changes in wellbeing. You’ll be a key worker, help new teammates, and contribute to a positive culture, while staying committed to person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene

• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing
