Job summary

Orchard Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join Eaton Court Nursing Home in Grimsby. You will support residents with daily living tasks, treating them with dignity and respect. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, delivering personal care, assisting with meals and activities, and reporting any changes in wellbeing to the team.

• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
• Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
• Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture
