Job summary

Orchard Care Homes is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead our care team at Eckington Court Nursing Home. You will assess individual needs, develop person-centred care plans, and ensure high-standard medical, physical, and emotional support for residents.

You will supervise staff, advocate for residents’ dignity and independence, and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Level 3 Health & Social Care is essential and experience in elderly or dementia care is valued.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a key leadership role within our care team.
