Orchard Care Homes is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for Eaton Court Nursing Home in Grimsby. Nights part-time opportunities available. You will support residents with personal care, meals, activities, and companionship in a warm, respectful environment.

This role offers on-going training, DBS check provided, and access to staff discounts, pension, and an Employee Assistance Programme. If you are patient, team-focused, and eager to grow, this is your chance to make a real difference

Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene.

• Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing.
• Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences.
• Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture.

Salary: £12.71 - £12.96 per hour
