Loveday & Co. is a leading luxury senior living and care provider in the UK, urgently seeking Full Time Care Assistants for day shifts. The role offers £15.20 per hour, with salaried pro-rata compensation reflecting hours worked compared with a full-time schedule.

Positions are available at Kensington, Belgravia and Abbey Road residences, delivering five-star hospitality alongside clinical care. You will join a dedicated team committed to dignity, personalised support and exceptional service for

Qualifications

• Experience in the care sector and a compassionate approach to residents' wellbeing.
• Understanding of Personal Care Plans and daily living support.
• Awareness of safety procedures, moving and handling.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary nursing team.
• Flexibility to cover day shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, supporting independence and dignity.
• Assist with washing, showering, bathing and dressing.
• Support continence management and mobility, and assist with meals and fluids.
• Use moving and handling equipment and mobility aids as required.
• Provide ongoing support to residents and their families and the Nursing team.

Main Duties And Responsibilities Included

• Provide direct care to members by supporting and promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and overall well-being, in alignment with each member’s Personal Care Plan.
• Assisting Washing, Showering, Bathing and Dressing
• Promoting continence and also assisting with toileting, mobility, food and fluid intake
• Use of moving and handling equipment, wheelchairs and any specific mobility aid required by a member
• Providing ongoing support for the members, their family and supporting the Nursing team.
