Job summary

SkyCare is seeking a Healthcare Assistant in Leeds to join our warm, home-like care team. You will plan, implement and supervise quality care for residents, ensuring dignity and individuality, and supporting daily activities under the Care Home Manager.

Applicants should have prior care experience; NVQ Level 2 in Care is desirable, and familiarity with safe handling of medicines is a plus. A DBS check and two references are required; driving may be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the relevant service user group.
• NVQ Level 2 in Care is desirable.

Hourly rate of £12.81

Join our warm homely care team - providing compassionate care to our residents. You will be given support in your role and will be able to contribute in your own way.

To plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care, in conjunction with Service Users. To ensure Service Users retain their dignity and individuality. To be involved in the general activities of the Care Home. To maintain a safe and secure environment for Service Users, staff members and visitors.

Previous experience of working with the relevant Service User group

NVQ Level 2 in Care is desirable

Previous experience in a similar role
