Job summary

Lauriem Complete Care Ltd across Medway, Malling, Sevenoaks, Faversham, Gravesend and Swanley is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care to older adults across Gravesend, helping them regain independence at home.

No experience needed—full training and induction, with early shifts 7 am–2 pm or 4 pm–10 pm, guaranteed hours for full-time or part-time contracts, and opportunities to study NVQ qualifications from day one.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence, own car and business insurance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their homes.
• Assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping and shopping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Gravesend helping them regain independence in their own homes.

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
