Lauriem Complete Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our Maidstone team. You will provide person-centred home care to older adults across Medway, helping them regain independence in their own homes.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; a full UK driving licence and own car are essential for community visits. We offer flexible, permanent contracts with supportive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required; own car and business insurance are essential.
• No formal experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• Right to work in the UK; we are unable to offer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care as needed.
• Support with meal preparation and light household duties.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Promote independence and quality of life for service users.
