Job summary

Lauriem Complete Care Ltd is a well-established domiciliary care provider serving the Southeast region. We offer permanent contracts with guaranteed hours, clear progression and fully funded training, including DBS checks and PPE.

This Care Assistant role supports residents in an Extra Care scheme, promoting independence and dignity at all times, with shift patterns across mornings and evenings. No prior experience required as full training is provided, and we value compassion and reliability to

Qualifications

  • Right to Work in the UK – sponsorship not available.
  • Ability to work 7am - 2pm 4pm - 9pm with weekend availability.
  • A caring, compassionate and reliable approach.
  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Personal care for residents in their own homes.
  • Medication support where applicable.
  • Meal preparation and basic cooking.
  • Light household tasks and companionship.

Salary: £12.71 per hour and additional benefits

Shift pattern: 7am - 2pm 4pm - 10pm and Weekend availability

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to residents living within our Extra Care scheme, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing in their own homes.

Your duties will include:

  • Personal care
  • Medication support (where applicable)
  • Meal preparation and basic cooking
  • Light household tasks
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting residents to access activities and social opportunities
  • Promoting independence, choice and dignity at all times
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
No experience needed – full training provided!
