About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to residents living within our Extra Care scheme, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing in their own homes.
Your duties will include:
- Personal care
- Medication support (where applicable)
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Light household tasks
- Companionship and emotional support
- Supporting residents to access activities and social opportunities
- Promoting independence, choice and dignity at all times
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
No experience needed – full training provided!
