Job summary

Lauriem Complete Care is recruiting a Care Assistant to provide person-centred support to older adults across Gravesend and surrounding areas. You will help regain independence in their own homes through companionship, personal care, meal prep, and light household tasks.

Guaranteed hours with permanent contracts for full-time and part-time roles. Travel across Medway and Gravesend requires a full UK driving licence and own car; day-one training and NVQ qualifications are funded by us.

Qualifications

• Driving licence and access to your own car are essential for community-based care.
• Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not available.
• NVQ qualifications or willingness to obtain them are supported from day one.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Gravesend helping them regain independence in their own homes.

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements:This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
