Job summary

Lauriem Complete Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our Maidstone team. You will provide person-centred home care to older adults across Medway, helping them regain independence in their own homes.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; a full UK driving licence and own car are essential for community visits. We offer flexible, permanent contracts with supportive benefits and development opportunities.

• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Medway helping them regain independence in their own homes.
