Job summary

Lauriem Complete Care in Maidstone is recruiting Care Assistants to provide person-centred support in older adults' homes across Medway area. The role covers personal care, meals, light chores and companionship, helping clients regain independence.

No prior experience required as full training and induction are provided. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential, with flexible shifts including AM/PM and some weekend work.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Medway helping them regain independence in their own homes.
