Job summary

Northcare (Scotland) Ltd is hiring Health Care Assistants to join our team across Lindsayfield Lodge and Rosaburn House Care Homes in Scotland. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a salary of £13.45 per hour.

Job Description – Health Care Assistant
Location: Lindsayfield Lodge Care Home and Rosaburn House Care Home
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Full-time - 7 shifts across a 14 day period. Dayshift hours 8am - 9pm, Nightshift hours 9pm - 8am
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals in Lindsayfield Lodge and Rosaburn House. About the Role
  • Providing personal care and support to residents
  • Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
  • Supporting residents with meals and hydration
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Promoting residents’ independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Assisting residents with daily activities and social engagement
  • Working closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately

  • Reliability and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment
  • Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
