Job summary

Northcare Residences Glasgow is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team, delivering high-quality care to residents at Northcare Residences Glasgow. This is a full-time, permanent role with a 14-day rota.

You will work closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals to support residents in daily activities. Responsibilities include personal care, assisting with washing, dressing, mobility and meals, and promoting residents’ independence and wellbeing.

Job Description – Health Care Assistant
Location: Northcare Residences Glasgow, Clarkston
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Full-time rota available, working 7 shifts across a 14 day period
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals in Northcare Residences Glasgow. About the Role

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and support to residents
• Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Supporting residents with meals and hydration
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Promoting residents’ independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Assisting residents with daily activities and social engagement
• Working closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately

• Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
