Job summary

Hightown Housing Association is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Old Barn in Buckingham. This part-time role offers 22.5 hours per week with a salary of £16,110 per annum and the opportunity to make a real difference in a registered care home for four adults.

You will provide compassionate, person-centred support, helping residents with daily living skills, independence, and personal care while working closely with families and professionals to maintain a safe, inclusive home.

Qualifications

• You will bring experience in care or support
• You will hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification
• You will have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Position:Support Worker

Salary: £16,110 per annum
Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Old Barn, a registered care home for four adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support, helping people feel respected, included and empowered to develop independence and achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with colleagues, families and professionals, valuing collaboration to create a safe and positive home environment.

About the role

You will:

• Support people with daily living skills, activities and personal care
