Job summary

Candlemas Mead in Beaconsfield is seeking an Assistant Support Worker to provide compassionate personal care and support residents with daily activities. The role offers £26,229 per annum and a 37.5-hour week in a warm, inclusive home for adults with learning disabilities.

You will assist with personal care, medication, and carry out planned activities while building meaningful relationships and following support plans. Sleep-ins are included (£52.78/night) with appropriate training provided.

Join our compassionate team at Candlemas Mead, a warm and inclusive supported living home for six adults with learning disabilities. You will help create a respectful, empowering environment where residents can build independence and achieve personal goals.

The Role

Sleep-ins are essential (£52.78 per night). Hoist training is required-full training can be provided.
