Job summary

Albany Care Home in Headington, Oxford, is part of Healthcare Homes Group and seeks compassionate care assistants to support residents and maintain daily records. The role involves personal care, companionship, and contributing to a welcoming, home-like atmosphere for older people.

Job description

Nights - 8pm to 8am - 36hrs per week (includes alternate weekends)

Days - 8am to 8pm - 33hrs per week (includes alternate weekends)

What would a typical day look like?

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
• Maintaining accurate resident records
