Job summary

Ailsa Care Services is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care to older adults in their homes across Falkirk and surrounding areas. You will follow grouped visits and structured shifts, gaining a clear rota in advance and working within a local community.

No prior caregiving experience is required as full training is provided. Driving licence and own car are preferred for community-based work; right to work in the UK is required and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required – full training provided.
• Must be able to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• Driving licence and own car preferred for community-based role.
• Right to work in the UK; we are unable to sponsor at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults across Falkirk in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks, shopping and companionship.
