Agincare in Bristol is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes with daily routines, personal care, shopping, meals, and companionship.

You don’t need prior care experience; with the right attitude and caring nature, we will train you. A full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care


• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea


• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation

About you:

Above all, we're looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others . You don't need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You'll bring:

• A warm , caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others


• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships


• A supportive , professional, and team-focused mindset


• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)


• A full UK driving licence
