Job summary

Agincare Group is hiring a Home Care Assistant in Witney. You will support clients at home with daily routines, personal care, and companionship, while helping with meals, shopping, and household tasks.

We value kindness and a patient, compassionate approach. A full UK driving license and access to your own car are required, along with 12 months of remaining right to work. Training is provided, with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Kind, compassionate and genuinely passionate about helping others.
• No care experience required; attitude and training can be provided.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to own car.
• Minimum 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not offered.
• Able to work flexibly within community care schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily routines, household tasks and personal care.
• Assist with shopping, meals and making hot drinks.
• Provide companionship and a listening ear to clients.
• Assist with medication where appropriate.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:
