Job summary

Casa di Lusso Care Home in Bridgwater is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for a full-time role. You will help residents with daily living, personal care and mobility, ensuring their dignity and wellbeing.

You will work within a supportive team, following care plans, monitoring changes in condition, and helping create a warm, respectful environment. Training and guidance are provided to develop your skills.

Casa di Lusso Care Home is a modern, purpose-built home in Bridgwater, offering expert Dementia care for up to 88 residents, with the latest care technology ensuring comfort and peace of mind.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.00 per hour
• Contracted to 46 hours per week
• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.

The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
