Casa di Lusso Care Home in Bridgwater is hiring a Care Assistant to deliver high quality, person‑centred care to residents, up to 88 places, with a focus on dignity and wellbeing.

You will support daily living tasks, follow care plans, and work as part of a friendly team. The role offers full training, weekend work on a rota, and benefits including paid DBS checks, a uniform, and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• NVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition.
