McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Care and Support Assistant for St Rumbolds Court in Brackley. This on-site, part-time role offers a 20-hour week schedule with shifts including evenings and weekends, providing consistent care in one location.

You will help residents with daily tasks, support social activities, and promote independence while working with a friendly on-site team. Training and benefits are provided to support your career in care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a UK health and social care role.
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care is a plus but not essential.
• Residence within commuting distance of Brackley.

• Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping
• Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,
• Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults
• Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
