Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is hiring a part-time Care Assistant at Rutherford House, Chalfont St Peter. You will support residents in a single location, perform daily tasks, and help with activities to promote independence. The role involves early and late shifts, including alternate weekends.

Rutherford House in Chalfont St. Peter is a modern Retirement Living Plus development offering stunning 1 & 2 bedroom apartments for those over 70. Our residents are treated to all the facilities of the Retirement Living Plus development, including an on-site Bistro, landscaped gardens and car parking. There is also a Communal Lounge with free Wi‑Fi and a wellbeing suite.

You will be working a mix of early shifts, and late shifts, including alternate weekends.
