Job summary

McCarthy Stone invites you to join as a Care and Support Assistant at St Rumbolds Court, Brackley. This part-time role is 20 hours per week, with no travel between calls since residents are in one central location.

You will support residents with daily tasks, encourage social activities, and help maintain independence. The site offers funded Level 2/3 training in Adult Care, pension and wellbeing support. UK-based applicants only; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults.
