Job summary

Helping Hands Home Care in Coventry seeks a proactive Care Supervisor on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You’ll train, mentor and support carers, ensuring extraordinary care and compliance, while collaborating with the branch team.

You’ll visit customers to review care plans, carry out risk assessments, lead by example and cover on-call shifts. A full UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant and desire to take the next step in your career.
• A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy, insured vehicle.
• Strong communication skills and a supportive, encouraging approach to working with others.
• A keen eye for detail and confidence in maintaining compliance and quality standards.
