Helping Hands in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated Care and Training Practitioner to coach and onboard new carers from interview through to full integration, ensuring every client receives exceptional, person-centred care and the branch upholds high standards.
You will mentor staff, support compliance, audits and documentation, conduct spot checks and reviews of care plans, and participate in on-call duties, driving a calm, compassionate, and quality-focused culture.
