Care after Combat is looking for an experienced and confident Operations Manager to lead our operational delivery of Op NOVA across England. This is a senior operational leadership role with responsibility for ensuring that Care after Combat delivers a high-quality, consistent and effective service for veterans in the justice system.
Working closely with the CEO, Deputy Operations Manager and our team of Regional Coordinators, the Operations Manager will lead Care after Combat's delivery of the Op NOVA subcontract.
