Working Days: Monday to Friday
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered nurse to join our well-established specialist nursing teams within Cardiology. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the team, supported to develop skills and knowledge within the specialty, and to understand the key attributes of a specialist nurse. You will provide nursing interventions to patients with various cardiac conditions, including assessment of acute coronary syndrome, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, post-surgery patients, and outpatient reviews.
The post involves leading nurse-led cardiac care across Tayside & North East Fife, focusing initially on cardiac rehabilitation and expanding into arrhythmia and heart failure care. The role requires autonomous working with minimal supervision and may involve service delivery across Tayside.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. Ability to travel across Tayside as the role may involve working at various sites including Angus, PRI, and Ninewells.
