• Provide clinical and professional leadership and line management to the clinical nurse team.
• Report to the Lead Cardiology nurse and provide visible leadership across a clinical service setting.
• Lead on quality improvement, workforce and capacity management to support delivery of services.
• Support the Cardiology leadership team in implementing strategic objectives and standards.
• Oversee operational and budgetary management of nursing within allocated budgets.
