Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Matron to provide visible clinical leadership, ensure high standards of patient care, and lead on service development with the MDT. You will manage budgets, drive change, and work with the Head of Nursing and senior clinicians to deliver 7-day ED cover and a responsive service aligned with national agendas.

• First Level Registered Nurse with applicable registration.
• Teaching and Assessing Course (or equivalent) completed.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
