Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Matron - Cross Site (NHS AfC: Band 8a) to lead Emergency Department nursing across both sites in Carshalton. Qualifications

• First Level Registered Nurse.
• Teaching and Assessing Course or equivalent.

• Set and maintain standards of clinical excellence, improving outcomes and experiences for patients, families and carers.
• Work with Head of Nursing and Associate Director of Nursing to develop nursing services in line with the Trust's strategic direction.
