Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust, based in London, seeks an experienced Matron to lead Outpatients nursing services. The post involves professional leadership, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care, and exceptional patient experience across the Outpatients division.

The Matron will work with the Clinical Support Division and Senior Management to develop divisional strategies, governance, and a safe, clean environment for patients and staff across both Chelsea and Westminster

Formación

• Lead and be responsible for delivery of high quality care and the patient experience across Outpatients.
• Provide professional nursing leadership to staff at all levels within the clinical area.
• Ensure adequate support for sisters and HCAs to focus on core responsibilities.
• Contribute to divisional and corporate nursing objectives and development of services.
• Undertake Matron role functions to ensure dignified, compassionate care in a safe, clean environment.
• Work with Head of Professions and Senior Management Team to develop divisional strategy and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Implement governance arrangements and maintain safe, effective practice.
• Oversee Outpatients nursing services across the Chelsea site and support the division.
• Lead and develop nursing staff to improve patient experience and service delivery.
• Support flexible working arrangements where possible to meet staff and patient needs.
