Job summary

TRS Consulting is seeking an Applications Specialist for Cardiology IT / PACS Systems. This home-based role covers training design, pre-sales demonstrations, and post-sales support with national travel. You will train customers, assess needs, and help develop documentation.

The role requires strong PACS/CVIS experience, excellent communication, and proven presentation skills. A generous benefits package accompanies a basic salary of £47,500, plus bonus and company car or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Cardiac IT Manager or PACS Manager or Cardiac Physiologist with proven PACS/CVIS background.
• Experience in demonstrating and training on CVIS and PACS systems.
• Strong presentation and communication capabilities.
• Willingness to travel nationally and deliver remote support where needed.

Responsibilities

• Design local training courses for installations and follow-up visits.
• Carry out pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales product support.
• Assess customer training needs and tailor sessions.
• Build trust with medical imaging customers and maintain relationships.
• Assist in creating support documentation and user guides.
