Job summary

King's Mill Hospital in Mansfield, part of the Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, seeks a Team Leader to supervise waiting list coordinators, receptionists and administrative staff within cardiology. You will manage patient bookings across sites and ensure data quality and performance targets are met.

The role requires supervisory experience in an acute NHS setting, strong communication, and knowledge of cardiology pathways and patient administration systems.

Qualifications

• GCSE English or equivalent required.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Completed supervisory training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop waiting list coordinators, receptionists and admin staff.
• Validate and monitor admitted and non-admitted lists against targets.
• Coordinate cross-site patient bookings and keep pathways moving.
• Support DM01/non-DM01 performance standards and audits.
• Ensure data quality across Cardiobase and CareFlow.
