Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Sutton-in-Ashfield is seeking a Team Leader to join the Cardiology team at King’s Mill Hospital. You will provide day-to-day leadership and support to our Cardiorespiratory administrative services, guiding Waiting List Coordinators and reception staff to keep bookings and pathways moving smoothly.

The role focuses on waiting list management, patient bookings, pathway tracking, and helping to meet local and national performance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading administrative teams in a busy clinical environment.
• Strong communication and organisation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise Waiting List Coordinators, Receptionists and admin staff.
• Oversee patient bookings and validate waiting lists across Cardiology services.
• Monitor six-week diagnostic breaches and support performance targets.
• Prioritise workload, support staff training, and manage sickness/leave.
• Maintain data quality across systems like Cardiobase and CareFlow.
• Support service improvement and cross‑team performance reviews.
