Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinic Coordinator for Cardio-Respiratory and Vascular Diagnostics at Leighton Hospital. The role supports clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth running of cardio-respiratory and vascular services, with a focus on efficient appointment booking and patient care.

Hours typically 08:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday, with potential weekend/evening shifts as services expand.

Formación

• GCSE Maths and English (grade 4/C or above) and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications
• Customer Service training/experience
• EDCL or equivalent qualification

Responsabilidades

• Provide a comprehensive administrative service for the Trust, including referral management and data quality on the patient administration system.
• Schedule appointments and organise clinics according to staff availability.
• Health Records management: retrieval, preparation and filing of patient information/data.
• Act as first point of contact for patients arriving to the department with a friendly and professional reception service.
