POP MART is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Cardiff location. You will oversee all retail operations, lead the sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

You will supervise staffing, manage stock, and drive sales while maintaining visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness. Flexibility for varied hours, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in professional English with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the store-in-charge, overseeing all aspects of store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
• Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Closely monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with merchandising.
• Own visual merchandising and keep the store tidy and clean at the highest level.
• Manage the cashier point’s daily opening and closing procedures.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Assist in recruitment, evaluation of performance, and training new team members.
• Perform rota scheduling and sales reporting tasks.
• Be available for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
