Finisterre Cardiff is seeking retail crew for our store, a part-time fixed-term role that starts with an interview-ready mindset and a passion for the sea. You’ll be the first touchpoint for customers, delivering outstanding service and helping drive store success in a collaborative, purpose-led environment.

As part of our team you’ll grow with Finisterre, contributing to stock, merchandising and community events, while upholding our values and ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer focused role.
• A strong understanding of exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging customer relationship through genuine experience and adventure.
• Communicate our POD with authentic product knowledge.
• Provide high standards of customer service with openness and honesty.
• Build a loyal customer base and be a store community hub.
• Contribute to delivery of sale targets and KPIs.
• Support timely launches, promotions and campaigns in store.
